Default mazdaspeed miata drift-toy

pošto su mi slike samih pocetaka projekta zastarile,a iste mi se neda uplodat krenut cu ovim prvim dijelom projekta malo ubrzano bez puno price sta/ kako/ zasto... pa cu nastaviti onda novijim detaljim naknadno tokom predstavljanja projekta

tako znaci baza je bila bar što se vanjske limarije tiče te suspenzije i mehanika ne baš najbolja ,što se tice motora 1.6 16v sa 115 konja i 900 kila,apsolutno serijski bez ikakvih prerada te uredno servisiran sa relativno malom kilometražam,sve u svemu za cijenu koju sam ju piknuo , bio sam jako zadovoljan

pa krenimo ,prva faza builda je bila,servisi,slaganje CAI-a spustit na gewinde u pod,vanjstina,lipovi,kavez,poluslikovi,strut barovi,kocnice.. i pomalo pripremat auto za turbo priču

zatim dolazimo do trenutka izrade mog prvog turbo kita,povarit grane,cijevi za FMIC,slozit nosace na iveco fmic obojat ga u japansko rice sunce ,kupit turbo ,reparirat ga,injektori,weberov regulator goriva,napravit pripremu za downpipe...ugl sastavit i slozit sve za turbo

krenuo sam rastavljanjem prvo usisne,ispušne za krojenje

nakon varenja,porto/ujednacio sam granu za turbo te finalno omoto termowrapom

kolega me fotko tokom tiganja nekih ornamentica i ostalih pizdarija za zajebanciju

zatim krenuo sam sa ugradnjom

i nakon svega to je bilo to ,bio sam zadovoljan svime što sam napravio ali ipak odlucio prodat kit i krenut sa drugom platformom motora,novijom ,jacom ugl. kompletnim boljim startom iz nule

tako da je turbo kit otišu kolegi sa NA u rijeku koji je gore našarafio čajna gt28,ms..i razvio zdravih 250hp mogao je i vise ali zbog klipnjaca je trenutno na tom setapu...nakon sta sam ju probo bilo mi je malo žao sta sam rijesio turbo kit kolko zarazno jebacki turbo miata ide...pa evo kak to zgleda kod njega

no zelja za vecim ciljem sa 1.8 motorm me gurala dalje i od tuda krece sve dole što sljedi ,uživaj te listajuci korak po korak builda,mojeg razvijanja što mehanicki,strojarski te opcenito u pogledu automotorsporta novih vještina

pa krenimo sa sagom ....u tom trenu dolazimo do procesa vađenja motora,pošto nemam dizalicu ..moro SAM mozgat kako i šta...

pa nije mi dugo trebalo jer kad imas tolku volju za nečim i nemoguče postaje moguče pa počnimo

prvo sam skinuo most komplet sa dikovima,letvom,gewindama...pa poslje komplet auspuh,struju,blatobrane..no prije toga svega napravio si mobilna kolica za isfurat motor van po ideji TURBOTOMA sa jubitoa

nakon svog čišćenja i rastavljanja komponenti mosta,sve lijepo popiso ,poslozio i trenutno pospremio...most ramena i još tako neke sitnice su u procesu pjeskarenja te plastificiranja još razmišljam da ubacim među fazu cinčanja između no vidjet cemo..

odkonektiro, odpojio sve moguce mase te sve popisivo i sliko jer budala pamti ,a pametan zapisuje.. počupo sav interijer te slago na hrpu pa opet sve popisivo i spremo u skladište

poslje toga razvuko insatalciju te maknuo nepotrebne stvari te par žica u zraku..sanirao sam to u autu jedan dio,no ovako sam ih detaljno pregledao te zamotao sa strech folijom u tri manje grane tako da se znam orijentirat lakše kad vračam te da se neoštete kolko tolko..

u međuvremenu auto smo ja i burke prebacili na poziciju trenutne garaže koju sam tek krenuo formirat,oblikovat nacrt u cati..

potom počeo čistit unutrašnjost i krenut sa saniranjem povoršinske hrđe na podovima,podnice poflekso do lima potom hempel antikorozivna..

nakon toga sve pozicije šarafa ,navojnih šipkica,rupa itd.. zaštitio te pripremio podlogu za zaštitu/izolaciju

na jedno te isti nacin tretirao područje iza siceva te gepek

te poslje kada su se posušile dve ruke dobrog sloja sljedio je još jedan sloj baš prave zvučne izolacije..ovo je malo overkill al kaj kad sam takav da se sa osrednjim nemogu zadovoljit ili tip top ili je zakurac

kad sam povario kompletnu konstrukciju i složio zadovoljavajuci pad krenuo sam zatvarat sa osbejkom,odrezat viškove koji su virili ,slozit izolaciju,terpapir i na kraju lim

i etoga finiširan pokrov,sljedi zatvaranje bočnih ploha i ubacivanje prozora, rolo vrata,mala dizalica....sve u svemu jebački sam zadovoljan i mislim da stvarno sam to profesionalno odradio Smile

navario 1/2 cola pocinčani komada sa narezanim unutarnjim navojem za kuglični ventil koji ce biti spojen na crijevo za cirkulirajuči sistem pijeska...

pa nakon toga treba i napravit radni stol i police za dijelove u garage

pošto sam imo malo oscilacije u struji te mi je htjelo izbacivat osigurace,povuko sam si 2.5 kvadrata kablove za nadžbukne štekere za aparat,rezalicu..te kak se veli " while i was in there " slozio si led rasvjetu radnog stola te zadnjeg dijela garaze di najvise radim...dalje se račvam na jos jedno no to je pripremi dok si ne slozim rolo vrata,dizalicu..

zatim je došla mala mrcina na red

pa krenuo sam sa izradom roštilja,da ju lakse odradim od ispod i saniram sve šta treba sanirati,pojacati te nakraju zaštiti

znaci uzeo još jednu miatu nb 1.8 140hp,špera,jača getriba,oem nardi volan ,noviji ovijes,struja...uglavnom ono kaj sam uvijek želio ...odradio manji servis posložio motor počupo pol nepotrebnih stvari,napravio postolje za stari killer od moje ,povezo krakove,složio usis i malo razradio prije vađenja da vidim kak diše i mogu rec da sam jako zadovoljan

zatim nakon malo divljaštva po kvartu sa 1.8 nb..prebacio sam ju u drugu garažu jel malo nastala gužva doma,te odlučio napraviti veliki servis motora,očistit ispolirat usisnu,sve šarafe i ostale pizdarije pocinčat i uglavnom sve posložiti zapalit pa onda izvadit i spremit do stavljanja u mog
(kasnije tokom builda ipak odlucio otvarat malaog)

zatim,da bi izvadio zadnji kraj suspenzije konstruiro sam prednji "most" na rotirajucim kotacicima da auto okrenem i pripremim za sljedecu operaciju

zadnji kraj dole i lagano seciranje na manje komade,ovijesa,špere...

poslje toga trebalo je motor stavit na postolje za daljnje uređivanje i pripremu za swap..e tu je bila jeba jer niti sam imo dizalicu niti bilo sto pa sam opet krenuo konstuirat kako šta i rijesio problem ...

zatim je sljedila prica o suspenziji,pojacavanju karoserije,pojacanja....



krecemo uređivanjem ramena,mostova koje sam swapao sa novije generacije donora,nakon pjeskarenja,prednji most je imo samo jednu tocku koju sam moro povarit,kada sam rijesio komplet sve,pojacao spojeve periodicnim varenjem...poslano je na cincanje da bi nakraju prajmo antikorozivnom,pofarbo/lakiro..

najveca muka je bila površinska oksidacija,3 čuke peglanja sa drot kefom,pa finom mesinganim tanjuricem,pa lakiranje kučišta ,pa zaštita navoja,pa nove pikse manžete,promijenio ulje,plastificiro kape i opruge,pocinčo međupločice i podloške....

cic depower letve kod miata zajednice je jedan od najpopularnijh modova bilo da ju kroristis za track/drift...beneficije su ušteda na masi i prostoru za turbo,granu te cijevi za ic,jedna
remenica/opterecenje manje na motoru...znam da je ps za ozbiljno driftanje jako dobar,no sa ovakvom depower ps letvom decki vani voze bez zamjerke

...tvrđi volan pri parkiranju i maloj startnoj brzini me nejeb..bitan mi je input i osjecaj koji dobis kroz volan..btw. kompa iz de vozi svoju gro dugo..i doslovno je drugi auto prije/poslje kad isprobas

pa pošto ce auto bit dosta zabijen,mijenja se geometrija i trpe pojedine komponente,npr. balans stangice ,njihova oem visina postaje pre visoka te se sami kut prihvata se lagano mijenja i seleni se vise trose...rjesenje 2500 kn za stelajuce aftermarket ili napravit svoje DIY ,pa evo odgovora

isprešo stare selene ,odrezo stangice na zeljenu najmanju visinu i krajeve konusno obradio za narezivanje navoja

i završno podmazo/uprešo ES selene i napravio svoj proizvod od starih stangica uz malo maste

antirollbar(balans) stange...prednja je od Racing Beata heavy duty najbolja na tržistu za miate 32mm sa dvije pozicije stelanja tvrdoce, a zadnja je moja prednja oem 20mm ,normalno preradio ju da bude "zadnja" za sto bolji srazmjer ,također ES seleni... pa evo nesto slika tog procesa

također napravio sam si karoserijska pojačanja nešto po mjeri ULTRARACINGA nešto iz glave..

pa pošto je roštilj dao svoje i auto sam odradio odozdola,iskoristio sam ga za napraviti manje prakticnije postolje za lakše manevriranje,vise mjesta i lakši prijevoz do lakirera

zatim da bi felge stale pod proširenja na visini kojoj ja zelim da bude auto od poda, trebo sam rubnjake odrezat i povarit pa pošto su dvoslojni limovi (unutarnji/vanjski) prvo sam krenuo sa rezanjem vanjskog lima i periodicno rezanje unutarnjeg lima na trakice da ga lakse savijem i povarim

zatim sam povario(znaci ovo je takva zajebancija za varit da popizdis ) obje strane,odrezao viskove i izbrusio, zagladio..

znaci sta se tice limarije,proširenja itd...napravio sam sve osim pragova,makar nije bilo potrebe da saniram komplet obje strane ipak sam odlucio ici all out ,tako da auto kao cjelina bude nenadjebivo dobar/zasticen/polakiran

zadnja stavka projekta, swap iz novije generacije 99/00 = motor BP4W 1.8 16V DOHC

pa krenimo polako....pošto sam auto završio limarijski i modifikacijski u smislu upgradova i koje kakvih čudesa suspenzije...plan je bio da motorino spremim i cekam auto da dođe sa lakiranja..al nebi bio ja,ja da cekam mirno.. pa me kopkalo uz sve moguce obaveze,poslove,faks jos i da svaku vecer lagano pocnem motorino raskapat/slagat...

i tak je krenulo od ovakvog spremnog ljepotana...

kad sam maknuo remenice,zupcasti,vodenu,klizac,zatezac...krenuo sam lagano vadit bregaste,podizače i sortirati ih radi lakse orijentacije slaganja/vracanja

pa je glava sišla i pošla samnom domeka u radionu na igranje

u igraonici za velke decke/radioni sam ju rastavio,otvorio cepove uljnih galerija,pregledo... no kod rastavljanja ventila bila je mala zajebancija,jer nitko doma nije mehanicar ili bilo što slično da imam fini alat za rastavljanja aut. glava ...stoga ideja je bila napravit diy alat od stege,no poznavajuci sebe,dok bi ja to napravio,uredio, polakiro proso bi cijeli dan pa sam malo denkal i okrenul se oldschool metodi uz duboku gedoru,malo jaci cekic,krpa i magnet

i tako sve lijepo sortirano poslo na strojnu

blokinjo je dobio tretman odstranjivanja uljnih naslaga i koje kakvih cudes,nakon ciscenja,sljedilo je odmašcivanje i prirema za lakiranje u sjajnu crnu

nakon svega,blok je odmascen/ociscen sprempljen te ceka karter

zatim je krenula modifikacija kartera za turbo što ukljucuje,forboranje,busenje/urezivanje navoja i fitinzi.. i te također ciscenje,odmacivanje,priprema,lakiranje...nadiso sam se tih para svih za 20 god.

pošto ce auto prvih par sto km bit kalibracija na atmosferi i msPNP-u trebalo je napravit i cep od inoxa

pa je došla usisna na red...ista procedura temeljito/odmascivanje,rastavaljanje,cicnacnje sarafa...zatim lakiranje u visokotemp. crnu,drugi dio usisne ce bit kromiran

atmosfersku ispušnu sam kompletno preradio,odstranio sam stare nosace zastite,povario sam izlaz za egr i sve zagladio da bude ko nova,na to sam onda kao zaštitu bacio par ruka visokotemperaturne crne boje

zatim je sljedio oldschool vizualni mod za miatine BP motore...jako rijetko i jako jebacki za vidjet ispod miatine haube (tnx rockatansky još jednom )

pa jebacko odmašcivanje/ciscenje te zatim poceo laganini brusit slova i trake,nakon 1200 vodobrusne zavrsne faze krenuo sa poliranjem i ispalo je fantasticno

..nakon toga zaputil sam se na moreno na zasluzenu uzivanciju i ispijanje alkohola do zore, a garage je cekala do tad...

nakon morena,skupljali su se zadnji dijelovi sto sa cincanja,sto gumice,dihtunzi,semrenizi,brtve,orinzi,ARP šarafi glave,vodena,zupcasti,ulje...svakakva dobra cudesa

pa sam krenuo sa ciscenjem povrsine bloka,ciscenjem rupa sarafa glave,sarafljenjem sarafa,dihtung,odmašcivanjem/podmazivanjem cilindra/klipova...ugl. sastavljanjem bloka kao priprema za glavu

pa glava,ventili sve je odrađeno vrhunski i ispitano na strojnoj,također sve restrikcije tvornickog kalupa su odstranjene itd...poštelani su na stolu ventili te je bilo vrijeme za spajanje glave i bloka

nakon zatezanja glave u po spec-u ARP prirucnika te upuštanjem podizaca, sljedile su bregaste

i šlag nakraju ,poklopac ventila na vise manje slozenom motoru

i spremio mrcinu na spavanac,sad sljedi coolant reroute,razliciti senzori potrebni za 1.8 swap,slaganje usisne,ispušne i zatvaranje zupcastim... ono što me najvise veseli je izrada grane za turbo


okvirno za ekipu koja voli brojke/ omjere..auto ce bit ispod 900kg sa nadam se 300+ konja...i da mozda odvozim koji micevac ili slicno..no prvenstveno slazem ga rekreativno za gušt ništa za striktno određenu disciplinu....ugl. u međuvremenu odradio dosta auti/custom stvari itd...uz svoju radim na tome da prodise jos jedna turbo NA u rijeci..i tako malo po malo ostvarujem svoj san svojim rukama iz dana u dan
